Glazed Crackers


1 cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
½ cup semi sweet choc chips
½ cup white choc chips


Created on December 1st, 2008

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and sugar.

Bring to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes.

Stir in vanilla and chopped pecans.

Remove from heat.

Arrange crackers on 2 rimmed baking sheets, covered with foil.

Spoon pecan mixture over crackers.

Bake for 6 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle choc chips over crackers.

Return to oven and bake for 2 minutes or until chips are melting.

Remove from oven and let cool briefly.

Store crackers in airtight container. Enjoy!
