Pasta Tacos

Ingredients

1 lb lean Ground Beef
4oz Cream Cheese
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup Water
15oz can Ranch Style Beans
18 jumbo pasta shells
2 TB Butter, melted
1 bottle Taco Sauce
2 cups shredded Colby/Jack Cheese
1 ½ cups crushed Tortilla Chips

Toppings:
Lettuce
Sour Cream
Salsa

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.


Add water, ranch style beans and taco seasoning; mix well.

Add cream cheese;
mix, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.


Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes; drain.


Toss cooked shells in butter.


Fill shells with beef mixture and arrange in a greased 9x13 baking dish; pour taco sauce over shells.


Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.


Remove from oven and top with cheese and tortilla chips.


Return to oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes more.


Remove from oven. Top with lettuce, sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
