Peanut Butter Bon-bons

Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened
8 oz jar peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup ;
1 lb chocolate almond bark

Optional:
Chopped peanuts

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and corn syrup. Mix well. (I use my hands!)

Roll into balls and place onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill until hard.

Melt almond bark in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.

Dip balls into chocolate and place back onto wax paper.

Optional:
Top with chopped peanuts while chocolate is still wet.

You can make this with creamy or crunchy peanut butter. Both ways are great! Enjoy.
