Peanut Butter Bonbons

Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

- 1 stick butter, softened
- 8 oz jar peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 lb chocolate almond bark

Optional:
- Chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and corn syrup. Mix well.
    (I use my hands but you can use an electric mixer with a dough hook)

  2. Roll into balls and place onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill until hard.

  3. Melt almond bark according to package instructions.

  4. Dip balls into chocolate and place back onto wax paper.

Optional:
Top with chopped peanuts while chocolate is still wet.

You can make this with creamy or crunchy peanut butter. Both ways are great! Enjoy.
