In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and corn syrup. Mix well.
(I use my hands but you can use an electric mixer with a dough hook)
Roll into balls and place onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill until hard.
Melt almond bark according to package instructions.
Dip balls into chocolate and place back onto wax paper.
Optional:
Top with chopped peanuts while chocolate is still wet.
You can make this with creamy or crunchy peanut butter. Both ways are great! Enjoy.
