Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place a cupcake liner in each muffin cup.
To make the crust:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 4 TB sugar and melted butter. Press 1-2 TB of crumb mixture into bottom of each muffin cup. Place 1 peanut butter cup into the center of each muffin cup.
To make the filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over peanut butter cups and graham cracker crusts.
Bake until just set, about 20 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Top with whip cream and chocolate shavings to serve. Enjoy!
