Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
7oz jar marshmallow cream

18 oz jar crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Created on November 25th, 2002

In medium sauce pan on medium heat, cook milk and sugar till rolling boil. Continue cooking for 7-10 minutes *(soft ball stage); stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; add peanut butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla. Beat until creamy.

Pour into greased 9 x13 pan. Let cool. Cut and enjoy!!

*To check soft ball stage without a candy thermometer, from spoon drop a drip of mixture into a glass of water. When it goes into the water, you should be able to form it into a ball.
