1lb sirloin steak, cut into thin strips1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup Honey
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp. minced Garlic
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced into thin strips
2 TB Olive Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 head broccoli, chopped

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour soy sauce, honey and red wine vinegar in pan, then add steak and garlic. Cook steak, stirring frequently until done, about 10-15 minutes (no pink showing).
Cook Brown Rice according to directions.
Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Serve over brown rice and enjoy!
