Philly Cheesesteak



Ingredients

3 lbs sirloin, very thinly sliced
Garlic Salt and Pepper to season meat
2 TB Olive Oil
1 cup Beef Broth
2 TB Worcestershire Sauce

1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 TB minced garlic
1 TB Olive Oil

6ct Pkg Hoagie Buns, toasted

Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese or any kind of white cheese


Instructions

Created on May 26th, 2013

Season meat with garlic salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over med-high heat.

Add beef, and cook until cooked through - about 7-10 minutes

Add broth and worcestershire, and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-25 minutes.

In another skillet, heat olive oil over med-high heat.

add onion, pepper and garlic, stirring occasionally.

Cook until tender.

While meat is simmering and vegetables are cooking, grate cheese.

Toast buns in oven.

When meat and veggies are done, assemble sandwiches.

Top sandwiches with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.

Serve and enjoy!
