Pioneer Woman Muffin Melts

Ingredients

12 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled and chopped
2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
12 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 TB Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
6 Whole English Muffins, split

Instructions

Created on January 27th, 2012

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

Fold together gently.

Cover and store in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, spread the egg mixture onto the English Muffin halves. (It will be a heaping mound)

Place in oven and broil for 3-5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serve immediately and ENJOY!

(The pioneer woman says you can preassemble these the night before - just cover with saran wrap)
