Pumpkin Nut Dessert


1 Can Libby's Pumpkin
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1 – 5oz can evaporated milk ;
1 Duncan Hines butter cake mx
1 1/2 stick butter (melted)
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam. In a large mixing bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, sugar and milk. Pour into greased baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, mix cake mix, melted butter, and ½ cup of chopped pecans. Crumble over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of pecans on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Check after 50 minutes). Serve with a dollop of cool whip and enjoy. Keep the leftovers in the refrigerator.
