Pumpkin Spice Croissants


4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup of canned Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
2 TB Sugar
3 Cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
1/2 cup Sugar
1 TB Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 TB Cinnamon
1 stick melted Butter


Created on October 28th, 2013

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and sugar.

Beat until light and fluffy.

Open crescent rolls.

Spread 1 tsp. of filling over each triangle.

Roll up and place croissant on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

In another mixing bowl, combine Cinnamon sugar ingredients.

Brush croissant with melted butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 13-15 minutes - you want them golden brown.

Serve warm and enjoy!
