In medium mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Place in refrigerator while preparing muffins.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray 24 muffin tins with Pam or use liners.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, brown sugar, milk, oil and eggs; mixing well.
In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and cloves. Sift into pumpkin mixture.
Hand stir until flour is moistened.
Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 way full.
Fill a zip lock baggie with the cream cheese mixture.
Cut off tip and push the tip into the muffin batter.
Gently squeeze the cream cheese mixture into each muffin.
Combine topping and crumble over muffins
Bake for 20 – 22 minutes. Remove; let cool; Enjoy!
