Put cereal in a large mixing bowl. In a medium mixing bowl, melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter.Mix well. Pour over cereal and stir gently. Let cool.
Once cool, place cereal in a large bag and add the powdered sugar. Shake until coated. Enjoy!
