n large mixing bowl, mix Rotel and Tomatoes. Mash with spoon, fork or fingers.
Chop up onion, jalapeno (leave in seeds if you like it hot!), and cilantro. Add to tomato and rotel mixture. Add green chilis. Mix well. Add chili powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Taste and season as needed.
The longer it sets, the hotter it gets. Enjoy!
