Salted Toffee Pretzel Bark

Ingredients

8 oz mini pretzels , broken into pieces
1 cup Buter
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Sea Salt

Instructions

Created on November 25th, 2013

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cover a large jelly roll pan with non-stick foil.

Spread the pretzels over the top.

In a medium saucepan,combine butter and brown sugar.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to make sure it's mixed well.

Once you have a rolling boil, stop stirring and let it continue to boil for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and immediately pour over the pretzels.

Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the hot candy.

Allow the choc chips to sit a few minutes to soften and then spread over the top.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Let cool completely, you can put it in the fridge to speed up the process.

Break into pieces and enjoy!

Store in airtight container.
