Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small skillet, brown sausage. In a medium size mixing bowl, mix sausage and cream cheese.
Open crescent rolls. On an ungreased cookie sheet, unroll the 2 sections and press seams together.
You can make sausage pinwheels by: Smoothing a thin layer of cream cheese and sausage mixtue over crescent rolls. Roll into a log and slice. Place on cookie sheet.
You can make a roll by:
Down the middle of the crescent roll, place half the cream cheese and sausage mixture. Slice edges of crescent roll and bring both sides to middle of roll.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately!
