Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

2 sticks softened butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
8 oz sour cream
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

FILLING:
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan.

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, and sour cream. Add eggs, beat well. Add vanilla, beat well.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Pour a portion of the batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Alternate layers of filling and batter.
