Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

**Filling:**
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, and sour cream. Add eggs, beat well. Add vanilla, beat well.

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.

  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Pour a portion of the batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Alternate layers of filling and batter.
