In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for red hots.
Mix well until well blended.
To serve: add 2-3 tablespoons of tea mix to hot, boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Sprinkle with 4-8 red hots and enjoy!
To package for gifts:
Package in airtight containers - should make 4 to 5 / 1 cup jars. Seal jars and attach a small bag of red hots with instructions on how to enjoy!
