To prepare Spaghetti Squash:
Cut in half and scoop out seeds
Wrap each half with saran wrap and place in microwave for 10 minutes. Poke a fork in the edge close to the skin to see if it's done - if not continue microwaving for a couple of more minutes.
Remove from oven. If you don't want to use it right then, place it in the fridge for no more than 2 days leaving saran wrap on.
If you are ready to use, remove saran wrap and start scraping out with a fork - it will look like spaghetti.
Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
Add egg and season with salt and pepper.
scramble and cook until done.
Add spaghetti squash, green onions, broccoli, carrots and seasame seeds. Mix together.
Add butter and season with salt and pepper.
When butter has melted, add soy sauce.
Continue to cook over med high to high heat. Stirring frequently.
Once vegetables are tender, it's done.
Serve and enjoy!
