Tex-Mex Beef & Potatoes

Ingredients

1lb Ground Beef
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
½ Yellow Onion, Chopped
1pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
½ cup Water
4 cups Frozen cubed Southern Style Hash Browns, thawed
15 oz can Corn, drained
8oz Velvetta, cut into cubes

Instructions

Created on November 2nd, 2009

In a large skillet on medium heat, brown meat with peppers and onions.


Drain grease.


Add taco seasoning, water, potatoes and corn. Mix well and cover.


Cook for 7-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.


Stir in velvetta; cook uncovered, until melted.


Serve and Enjoy!
