Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9x13 baking pan with Bakers Joy
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding and milk.
Mix well and pour into prepared baking pan.
Top with nuts and chocolate chips
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with ice cream and Enjoy!
