Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup butter at low speed until crumbly. Press mixture evenly in bottom of ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until light golden brown.
In a large bowl, mix 8 oz cream cheese, 6 TB sugar until creamy. Add 1 egg and 1/2 tsp vanilla and beat well. Set aside.
In another large bowl, combine 4 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and 1/2 tsp baking powder; blend well. Stir in lemon juice. Set aside.
Spread a layer of cream cheese filling over baked and cooled crust. (Crust does not have to be totally cool) Sprinkle blueberries over the cream cheee layer. Pour lemon filling over
blueberries.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes or longer. Cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar just prior to serving.
